Social & Emotional Wellbeing, Teamwork & Leadership Programs
IOP Incursions are specifically designed to uphold high standards of learning and meet curriculum links while maximising student engagement.
We are devoted to empowering youth and find the best medium to use for greater connection is music and dance. Our packages address subjects such as Physical Education and Performing Arts while allowing you to achieve a step towards your Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), cover Physical and Numeric Literacy, acknowledge Indigenous Culture via Reconciliation and most importantly address Social & Emotional Wellbeing for all who participate.

Our IOP Dance Project encompasses hands on learning with project based curriculum. It's the ideal way to connect, educate and enhance health using the arts and physical activity to get the endorphins pumping. We do our best to make learning fun and support what all you amazing teachers do in Class!

"It is absolutely true that giving back and being a part of Indigenous Outreach Projects’s work will not only improve the lives of so many but bring you a sense of unparalleled satisfaction. Making our world a better place starts with small steps that evolve into profound transformation."

IOP SHOW
The Dance Performance Workshop is ideal for an assembly, graduation, camp or open day. It allows the entire school to participate in a highly energetic and interactive session. We strongly encourage inviting family members.

IOP SHOW & WORKSHOPS
Adding workshops allow us to work more closely with your students and explore further teaching outcomes. This is where the magic happens; allowing further self expression, confidence and team building while addressing leadership. If your school has a certain message that you would like us to perpetuate please let us know.

IOP SHOW, WORKSHOPS & VIDEO
This is ideal to capture your incursion leaving you with a video resource outcome that can be shared and reflected upon for many years to come.

"Indigenous Outreach Projects have twice visited our school and each time were an absolute highlight of our year. They were professional and flexible when sorting out booking details, prompt and engaged and as for their performances and workshops with out students - there are not enough superlatives in the world to express how fantastic they were! Thanks so much and keep up the amazing work."

Dromana Primary School
"We were lucky enough to have a visit from the Hip Hop Crew all the students are still smiling and dancing – the crew was amazing.
It is important to us to have our students acknowledge and respect our First Nations history and culture and the dancers did exactly that with dance."
